The Aero Banner Stand uses upside-down roller banners so the graphics pull-down from top to bottom!

New for 2009 is the Aero Banner Stand, a revolutionary new type of roller banner stand which is easy to use, expandable and versatile.

Traditionally, roller banner stands have been the ideal solution for those with smaller exhibition stand requirements but for those with a requirement for a larger display, using multiple stand-alone roller banners can look untidy and is therefore a less than ideal solution.

The Twist Banner Stand has proved to be a very popular product in terms of the expandability and wide range of shapes that can be created but the only drawback for some customers are that the graphics have to be stored and rolled-up separately to the stands themselves. We would recommend the Aero Banner Stand on the basis that it falls somewhere in-between the Twist Banner Stand and a regular roller banner stand in terms of the size of display that can be created.

The Aero Banner Stand utilises three roller banners than work with the mechanism at the top rather than at the bottom. The banners are pulled-downwards towards the floor and are tensioned by a spring loaded roller mechanism supported by aluminium uprights. The height of the aluminium upright supports can be adjusted to one of three height options thus giving versatility over the height of the display. It is even possible to have the sidewalls of the Aero Banner set at a different height to the centre panel which creates a more interesting shape than a traditional flat wall.

Because the Aero Display Stand is made from three parts, the angles in-between each section may be adjusted. It is also possible to use several of these systems together to fill bigger stand spaces.

Bespoke Pop Up Stands

As specialist suppliers of portable exhibition stands, we carry stocks of all common sized pop up stand frameworks on the shelf so they are available for fast turnaround and delivery. It’s also worth noting that we can also manufacture frameworks of almost any size on-demand  so if you need something tailored to meet your requirements then it is not usually a problem.

This pop up stand frame was manufactured, printed and despatched the very same day it was ordered. The requirement was for a 3M tall stand with a width of approximately 2M. We added on an extra box section to the top of one of our Express pop up stands to increase the graphic height from 2225mm up to 2970mm which was absolutely perfect for the clients needs.

The pop up stand is being used in an ASDA supermarket to promote the in-house photographic and printing services offered by the store and was well received, being quick and easy to setup despite it’s large 3M height.

The ability to produce a bespoke pop up stand like this is one of the key factors that differentiates our company from the many other pop up display stand suppliers who exist. It is quite surprising how many companies exist that have literally no ability to adapt to their clients needs should the occasion arise. For example, this particular project which was required for delivery on a next day basis would have been impossible for the brigade of pop up stand companies who literally ‘farm-out’ any manual frame-building requirements to a 3rd party.

It’s worth noting that we can usually also produce variable height banner stands by adapting the height of the pole.

The new QS seies machine doubles our production capability and adds even greater quality to our print

As a company, Printdesigns have always believed in continual investment into the latest printing technology is one of the key factors that makes us stand-out from many of our competitors.

We are one of the few companies specialising in the production of roller banners, banner stands and pop up stands who introduced the latest UV printing technology which gives our prints enhanced durability with no harmful VOC’s (solvent emissions).

Our existing EFI Vutek press was installed two and a half years ago and has enabled to produce orders for banner stands and pop up stands with low price and fast turnaround times that would have been otherwise impossible.

Our original printer has now been replaced with a brand new, QS series machine that provides twice the production speed with even greater 1080dpi print quality. In addition to the benefit of added speed and quality, the machine will also allow us to print using white ink, something that previously has not been possible. The ability to print using white ink will allow us to expand our fine art product range and in particular new acrylic prints that will accompany our range of canvas prints.
