Thursday, July 1st, 2010

Everyone is tightening their belts these days, and it’s no different for those promoting business. Small businesses tend to cut advertising when budget cuts are needed; leading exhibition stand suppliers and general exhibition experts Print Designs explain how cutting the budget doesn’t necessarily mean cutting the quality.

It has been said that the best publicity is free, and though Print Designs can’t offer free advertising, the range of budget-friendly pop-up displays and banner stands prove worth their spend year after year through various exhibitions. “By choosing simple yet effective graphics to accompany a low-priced pop-up display will not only help budget but show visitors that your business is straight to the point and won’t compromise during tougher times” explains managing director Mark Thompson.

Pop-up displays are also the most versatile and easy to transport exhibitions stands, allowing for endless re-use at a great price. “Depending on the size of your pop-up stand, it is also advisable to place your display in a more high traffic area, near refreshments or even near the entrance to the exhibition hall; so even if you’re display isn’t the biggest, it will be the most viewed”.

Pop-up displays come in a range of sizes depending on budget and requirements, users can opt for an L-shaped pop-up display, or a curved pop-up display with a magnetic locking system to hold the stand firmly in place. Print Designs also offer free advice along with a CAD service to help you choose the right exhibition stand.

Stealth Banner Stands – New Linking Banner Display System

Monday, June 28th, 2010

The new Stealth banner stands are an innovative linking banner display stand from leading manufacturer Ultima Displays. Estimated for launch in August 2010, the Stealth banner stand is an eagerly awaited product, designed to compete with the well established Twist Banner Stand from manufacturer Eve Product.

The Stealth banner stand will share many characteristics of the Twist banner stand being a banner stand which can be used individually or linked together to create larger, backwall displays. The tensioning of the Stealth Banner stand has been addressed with the design of a spring-loaded top-section on the twist-lock pole assembly. This means that there is no unsightly tensioning top-bar as is the case with the Twist Banner Stand display.

The Stealth banner stand can be supplied ion a choice of a single sided or double sided display and also a flexible kit that includes two single sided straight stealth banner stands and one 600mm flexible linking panel.

The market for linking banner stand systems was been very closed until now with the Twist banner stand facing almost no competition from other products. In addition to the Stealth banner stand system in August, we also expect to see another innovative linking banner stand system that features innovative lighting in the coming months.

For information on the stealth banner stand or other exhibition display stands from Printdesigns, please call to speak to one of our friendly team.
