Placing an order...

The easiest way to order is via our online ordering system. You can also place orders via post, fax and email by completing and returning our order form. You can download our order form by clicking here.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept verbal orders by phone.

How to order online

To place an order online simply go to the product page, choose your configuration and add it to the shopping cart. You would have to register with us to be able to proceed to the checkout. It's a good way to stay in touch and keep your details in place if you'd like to buy something else from us in the future.

Choose your delivery and invoicing address, shipping option and payment method. After a succesful checkout you will receive confirmation e-mail and after payment verification your invoice will be available for download in PDF format, so please make sure that you have the Adobe Reader 8 installed on your computer.

At the moment you can send us your artwork via few ways:

• via our artwork uploader tool - after registering just go to the 'artwork uploader' tab at the top of the screen
• by email to sales@printdesigns.com - attach your files (max file size is 20MB) and send them via email with the subject line like this: "[your order number] Artwork Files";
• use our dedicated FTP server http://printdesigns.no-ip.com:8000 (call for username/password)
• upload files to any external host like www.yousendit.com and send us the link to it.

We will always try our best to keep you updated about the status of your order with regular updates when the artwork has been received, checked and when you order has been despatched.
