Why are you so cheap?
This is probably the most frequent question we are asked. Many of our customers have quotes from local suppliers or stumble onto our website when searching for a display. The differential in pricing between us and 'them' is frequently vast so naturally one of the first things we are asked is why?
Let's get things straight, just because we are cheap does not mean that our quality is inferior. Our printed graphics are as good if not better than from any other UK supplier. If in doubt we are happy to send you a print sample so you can see for yourself.
Our prices are low because we run a tight ship. That means streamlined production workflow, bulk buying on our consumables and our display hardware. Hard negotiation with suppliers on our part reaps benefits in terms of the prices we can offer you.
Can you help me with artwork
Yes we can, we can either offer free advice and assistance to you or your own designer to help with the setup of your files, or alternatively we can handle the whole lot for you. We charge only £30 per hour and any straight-forward pieces of design work usually take no longer than this. Just give us a call and we can have a chat in order to find out what you are looking for and to give you a quote.
What is your lowest price guarantee?
We keep a close eye on prices from our competition and we are convinced that our pricing is the best of any UK supplier. If you find a lower price elsewhere on a printed display stand, just send it to us and we will beat it.
Do you offer discounts for quantity?
Of course we do and our prices are unbeatable. If you are thinking about purchasing in quantity or are prepared to order several products at once then why not give us a call. We can look at all of the items you need and can build in some extra discount for you. We deal with many customers on large volume runs of displays, we recently produced 1,200 stands for a well known courier company and 500 stands for the NHS.
Are your display stands warrantied?
Yes, all our display stands are backed by a minimum of 12 Months warranty. Some display stands also have extended 10 year or lifetime warranty where indicated.
What is the quality of your print like?
Pop Up Stand prints are output at 2440dpi, if the quality of your artwork is good then the output is photographic quality. Most pop up and banner graphics are output onto Opal Jet polyester film or blockout PVC, not paper. Most banner and pop up display graphics are also laminated with a scratch resistant crystal film for greater durability. This is the industry standard material for these displays, there is no better alternative.
Do you outsource your print overseas?
Where possible, we do everything here in the UK, ourselves. You are welcome to visit our premises by appointment and see the equipment we use and our workflow.
What type of files can I upload using the Artwork Uploader?
We accept a wide range of filetypes, mostly graphics, but also archives and PDF files:
