Display Stands

Welcome to Printdesigns Limited, we are a specialist print company dealing in the production of portable display stands for exhibitions, conferences, events and advertising. Since our company formed in 1999 we have produced work for a wide variety of businesses both large and small.

Our display stands have been the choice for big businesses such as Microsoft, Sony, BMW, Mazda and Lexmark.

There are hundreds of UK companies advertising display stands many of which are no more than middlemen buying and selling from UK wholesalers. We are different and source many of our display stands direct from the manufacturers which when coupled with our extensive in house design and print facilities makes our prices the lowest in the UK.

Exhibition Stands

Exhibition stands are lightweight, compact frameworks that can be extended to create a geometrically correct wall up to several metres wide. Magnetic bars are attached to the aluminium framework onto which stunning graphic panels or attractive fabric finish panels can be fastened magnetically.

In the past exhibition stands have been expensive to construct, transport and store. In some cases the smaller business has had to be very selective about which events to attend due to the high associated costs.

With our modular exhibition stands these overheads are dramatically reduced! By saving money on the cost of building and dismantling expensive bespoke exhibition stands and investing this money in our portable solutions many of our clients have been able to afford to exhibit at multiple events which have created more business than blowing the entire years budget at only one show.

The range of portable exhibition stands that we provide consists of the following main types. The next few paragraphs provide more information about these systems and the way they work.

Banner Stands

For those who have limited space, budget or simply want the ultimate in portability our range of roller banner stands are the ideal display solution. The variety of models on offer is enormous and includes both tensioned and roller / roll up stands.

Roller banner stands are the easiest type of stand to use as the printed graphic is stored securely inside the protective base when not in use. To assemble, the print is simply pulled upwards and hooked over an upright pole that extends from the base.

Although originally intended for stand alone use some of our latest hybrid banner stands including the Twist stand are enabling multiple units to be linked together to make larger back wall displays that provide the ultimate in flexibility.

Banner Stands are a fantastic way of creating smaller professional looking displays or for situations where portability is of paramount importance. Banner stands are available up to around 2200mm in height in widths from 600-1200mm. Banner stands weigh less than 10kg and are supplied with carry bags with shoulder straps for easy transportation.

Panel Systems

Are a more traditional exhibition display stand option and are not as big as the more modern pop up stands. Frames are available in a range of sizes and configurations to suit most environments. The framework of panel displays can be fitted with either fabric infill panels or printed graphic panels. Panel systems either clip together or fold down and we can supply carry bags or cases for storage and transportation.

Pop Up Displays

It is a sometimes the case that all portable stands are referred to as pop up displays when in actual fact this is not the case. Correctly speaking these are larger, modular systems that are made of a tubular aluminium framework. The structure of pop up displays is cleverly designed in order that it can be expanded outwards into a large, geometrically correct back wall onto which either printed graphic panels or Velcro compatible fabric panels can be attached. In a collapsed state pop up displays occupy a relatively small area and can therefore be packed away into an easily to transport wheeled case or storage drum.

Our pop up displays are available in a variety of size options and either straight or curved shapes. By linking several units together it is possible to create a large continuous graphic wall and even innovative shapes which are guaranteed to draw maximum attention.

Pop Up Stands

We supply frames from many leading manufacturers including Ultima Displays , Plex Display , Nomadic , Nimlock , Marler Hayley and Abex. All of our pop up stands are selected according to a variety of important criteria including reliability, value for money and ease of use.
