Our Foamex PVC panels are UV printed directly onto the material rather than by mounting and laminating paper-based prints onto the board.

UV printing our display panels makes them more durable because the edges of the panels will not lift, peel or curl over time. In addition, our foamex panels can be used both indoors and outdoors with no fading.

Foamex exhibition panels can be made in almost any size to a maximum single sheet size of 2M x 3M and onto a variety of thicknesses of board. These prices are based on the most popular thickness of Foamex for exhibition panels (3mm), we can also supply 2mm and 5mm thick panels, please call for prices.

Standard sized 3mm thick foamex exhibition panels can be purchased online by selecting the size from the drop-down menu. If you require a non-standard sized Foamex board for your exhibition then please email your requirements to sales@printdesigns.com so we can email you a quotation. As a guide, the prices for exhibition panels are calculated on a sqM basis:-

2mm thick foamex: £25 per sqM

3mm thick foamex: £35 per sqM

5mm thick foamex: £45 per sqM

Minimum order charge for direct to board printing: £50 plus vat

Postage of flat foamex PVC panels is subject to a surcharge of £10 plus vat to cover costs of securely packing the boards. Larger sheets may need to be transported by same-day courier at an additional cost. You should call to discuss your requirements before ordering if your panels are larger than 1M x 2.5M.
