Accessory only: this product is the poster holder. The retractable barrier post, base and belt are not included.
This holder is designed specifically for the retractable barrier system supplied by Printdesigns. It is not intended for use with other manufacturers' barrier systems, and compatibility with barriers purchased elsewhere is not guaranteed.
If your barriers were not purchased from Printdesigns, please contact us before ordering. Do not assume this holder will fit because your barrier looks similar.
If you are unsure which barrier system you have, email [email protected] with your original Printdesigns order number, if available, and photographs of the barrier and its top fitting. We can advise before you commit to an order.
This accessory is not held in stock. We purchase it from our supplier specifically to fulfil your order, and our supplier does not accept it back for restocking.
Before placing the supplier order, we require your written confirmation that you understand the compatibility limitations and accept the applicable special-order conditions.
For business purchases, once you have provided written confirmation and we have placed the order with our supplier, we do not accept cancellation or returns because you have changed your mind or because the holder does not fit another supplier's barrier system. No refund will be provided on those grounds.
If you decide not to proceed before we place the supplier order, please contact us to arrange cancellation and a full refund.
These conditions do not exclude rights or remedies for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. If you are purchasing as a consumer, your statutory cancellation and return rights remain unaffected.
