As an online business, reviews are very important to us and we welcome our customers to leave them.
We believe strongly that reviews are only valuable if they are honest and unbiased. This is why we never offer incentives to our customers in exchange for reviews. Nor do we subscribe to any 'paid' review platforms such as Trustpilot.
After we deliver your order, we will normally send an email within a week or so to check everything is OK. Should you wish to contact us with any feedback or leave a review then you can do so.
We promise never to follow up an order with nuisance telephone calls seeking a review.
