Our Limited Warranty policy applies to physical goods purchased from Printdesigns Limited.
What does our Limited Warranty cover?
The Limited warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship arising under normal use during the Warranty Period.
What will we do to correct problems?
Printdesigns Limited will either repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts or we will replace it.
How long does the warranty coverage last?
The minimum Warranty Period for physical goods purchased from Printdesigns Limited is 1 Year from the original date of purchase. Some products carry extended manufacturers warranties that are stated from the relevant product pages on our website. Where goods are repaired or replaced during the warranty period, the original purchase date will apply to the remaining term of the warranty.
What does this Limited Warranty not cover?
- This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
- The Limited Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear consistent with use of the product (for example, damage/wear and tear to printed graphics)

To obtain warranty service you must contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. When contacting us regarding a warranty claim, please provide as much detailed information as you can about the issue and supporting photos if possible.
