Placing an online order with Printdesigns is simple and straight-forward. 


  1. Select products and their options (if any) and add them to your shopping cart.
  2. Proceed to the checkout, select the preferred delivery service and pay for your order online.
  3. If your order contains printed products, upload your artwork file(s) after you have placed the order. This can be done from your account area after the order is placed. You can also email artwork files or download links for artwork files to us at [email protected]. Just reference your order ID number if sending artwork files via email.
  4. After you have provided your artwork, a member of our team will manually check that the file is suitable and we will provide a proof via email for you to check.
  5. When you approve the proof, we will produce the goods and will email you with the tracking details on the day of dispatch

If you do not have your artwork ready to send to us when you place your order, you can send it to us later when you are ready either by logging into your account or sending the file(s) via email.


The production of custom printed goods normally takes up to 5 business days. If you are in a rush, you can expedite the production process by choosing the Express Delivery Service option from the available delivery options. The estimated delivery dates for all delivery options are shown before you confirm your order.


As well as online orders, we can also accept purchase orders via email. Simply email the details of what you would like to purchase along with your invoice address, delivery address and contact number to [email protected] and we can raise an order for you and send a confirmation via email. Our accounts department will send you a pro forma invoice containing our bank information so you can make a payment. You can also make payments using a credit card over the phone.


Credit accounts are available subject to status. For private companies, this is done after a trading pattern is established. For government organisations and public sector businesses, we can usually organise a credit account immediately.
