What can we help with?
Artwork Setup & Re-Setting
This is ideal if you already know roughly what you want but don't have the software or design experience needed to prepare the finished artwork correctly.
Perhaps you've created a rough design in Canva, PowerPoint, Word or another program, or you simply have a logo, some images and an idea of how you'd like everything arranged.
Send us what you have and explain what you're trying to achieve. Our artwork team can recreate or re-set the design at the correct dimensions for the product you're ordering and prepare it correctly for print.
Even a simple sketch or rough Canva layout can be a useful starting point.
Creative & Concept Design
If you're starting with little more than an idea, we can also provide more involved creative support.
This can include developing layouts and visual concepts, organising your supplied content, helping with marketing messages, sourcing suitable imagery or creating additional graphic elements.
More involved projects naturally require more design time, so we'll discuss the brief with you first and quote an appropriate amount of time before any work begins.

If an image is too low resolution, a logo needs recreating as vector artwork or something else needs correcting before the design can be produced properly, we'll let you know.
If any additional artwork work is required beyond the original brief, we'll advise you before carrying it out so that there are no unexpected charges.
How is the design time charged?
Our standard graphic design rate is £40 + VAT per hour. Design time can be purchased in half-hour increments, starting from a minimum of 30 minutes at £20 + VAT.

Can you create logos or source images for me?
