We use FedEx or Parcel Force for all deliveries apart from large consignments when we use pallet companies or dedicated transport to reduce the possibility of transit damage. We will always seek to offer the best prices and quality delivery services for our goods however, if you can arrange the freight for a cheaper cost you are welcome to arrange collection from our premises at a mutually convenient time.
Due to the changing environment regarding fuel and transport fees, we will include delivery charges within your quotation or order confirmation.
For items over 25kg and non-standard or bespoke items (such as large signage and high quantity orders) and deliveries that require pallets, there will be an additional delivery charge which you will be made aware of before your order is sent to production.
Any item that has one packed dimension bigger than 2450mm will incur a £60.00 surcharge.
Next day deliveries can be made anytime throughout the day from 8.00am - 6.00pm. If a delivery is required earlier, orders may be upgraded (surcharge applies) to a more time specific slot e.g. Pre 12 Noon.
Production time on most printed products takes up to 5 working days as standard. As a rule of thumb, we will dispatch your order no later than the same day of the following week it is placed providing the order is placed before 2pm. This is on the basis that you provide print ready artwork, set up to the correct specifications for the item you order. We also offer a faster production time for many products that you can select when ordering.
Production time is the time taken to physically manufacture your order and DOES NOT include actual delivery/transit time. Please take into account the production time AND delivery time when ordering.
