Modular FastFrame Exhibition Stand For 4m × 3m Spaces
Designed for a standard 4m × 3m exhibition footprint, this FastFrame package
combines a broad 3800mm back wall with optional 2850mm side returns. The format
gives exhibitors a substantial amount of branded wall space while still keeping
the structure comfortably inside the nominal stand dimensions.
Choose a straight back wall, an L-shaped configuration with one full-depth side
return, or a three-wall U-shaped stand. Each package uses reusable 950mm × 2400mm
folding aluminium FastFrame modules with seamless SEG fabric graphics, together
with the appropriate connectors and support feet for the selected layout.
Choose Your 4m × 3m Stand Layout
The three pre-configured options below all use the same 3800mm rear wall, with
one or two 2850mm side returns added where extra enclosure, privacy or graphic
coverage is required.
Back Wall Only
A straight 3800mm wide branded backdrop that leaves the front and sides of
the 4m × 3m stand open. When positioned against an existing shell-scheme or
venue wall, the supplied side half feet can be used so the display sits as
close as possible to the structure behind. If the wall is used freestanding,
use the standard full support feet instead for stability to the front and rear.
Both support-foot options are supplied.
Back Wall + One Side Return
An L-shaped layout with a 3800mm back wall and a full 2850mm side return.
This creates a large two-sided branded area while keeping the stand open from
the front and one side for easy visitor access.
Back Wall + Two Side Returns
A U-shaped stand with the full 3800mm rear wall and two 2850mm side returns.
This gives three generous graphic surfaces and creates a more enclosed display
area while leaving the front elevation open to visitors.

See How FastFrame Works
FastFrame uses folding aluminium display frames that expand quickly and connect
together to form larger exhibition walls. This allows a sizeable 4m × 3m stand
to be created without the complicated assembly associated with many traditional
modular systems.
The video below shows the folding framework, SEG fabric graphics and modular
connector system in use.
Why Choose A FastFrame 4m × 3m Exhibition Stand?
A 4m × 3m floor space gives you a strong combination of frontage and usable
depth. It is large enough to accommodate product displays, counters, seating or
demonstrations while still remaining a practical exhibition footprint.
The 3800mm back wall gives you a wide uninterrupted visual area, while each
2850mm side return adds almost three metres of additional branded surface. The
U-shaped version therefore creates a highly visible three-sided environment
without requiring a bespoke exhibition build.
Because every wall is assembled from reusable 950mm × 2400mm FastFrame modules,
the hardware can be separated after the event and reused in different layouts,
combined with additional modules or fitted with replacement graphics.
Built to sit comfortably within the allocated space:
the L-shaped configuration measures approximately 3840mm wide × 2890mm deep,
while the full U-shaped package measures approximately 3880mm wide × 2890mm deep.
Both remain inside a nominal 4000mm × 3000mm exhibition footprint.
Designed Around Real Exhibition Floor-Space Dimensions
Nominal exhibition stand dimensions do not always equal the exact usable area.
Shell-scheme posts, venue structures and neighbouring displays can all slightly
reduce the available space, which makes a little installation tolerance valuable.
The straight back wall measures 3800mm wide. With one 2850mm side return added,
the overall stand footprint becomes approximately 3840mm × 2890mm. With two side
returns, the overall width increases to approximately 3880mm while the depth
remains 2890mm.
This allows the stand to use most of the available 4m × 3m area for branding
while retaining useful clearance around the structure.
The FastFrame Building Block
The 4m × 3m package is based on FastFrame 950mm × 2400mm folding display
modules. Four modules positioned side by side create the 3800mm back wall,
while three modules form each 2850mm side return.
Each frame is a self-contained expanding aluminium structure. It folds down
compactly for storage and transport, then opens quickly on site before the
connectors, support feet and SEG graphics are fitted.
The repeated 950mm module size is what makes FastFrame so flexible. The same
frames used in this 4m × 3m package can later be separated and combined into
different exhibition layouts.
Compact Folding Design
Depending on the selected configuration, the 4m × 3m package contains four,
seven or ten FastFrame modules. Despite the size of the finished display, each
individual frame collapses into a compact folding unit for transport and storage.
On site, the scissor-style aluminium framework expands quickly and requires no
tools for the basic frame assembly. The modules are then aligned, connected and
supported before the fabric graphics are fitted.

Continuous SEG Fabric Graphics
Silicone Edge Graphics are tensioned into the channel around each FastFrame wall,
creating a smooth, frameless appearance. A flexible silicone strip sewn around
the perimeter of the fabric holds the print securely in position.
The 3800mm back wall uses one continuous 3800mm × 2400mm graphic spanning four
FastFrame modules. Each side return uses one continuous 2850mm × 2400mm graphic
across its three modules, so the artwork is not broken up into a separate printed
panel for every individual frame.
Graphics are printed using full-colour dye-sublimation onto polyester display
fabric and can be replaced independently of the aluminium hardware whenever your
branding or campaign changes.
Support Feet For Wall-Backed Or Freestanding Displays
Standard full support feet project to the front and rear of the frame and should
be used when a FastFrame wall is freestanding in an open space, where support is
needed in both directions.
When the back wall is installed against an existing shell-scheme or venue wall,
the supplied side half feet can be used instead. Because they project forwards
rather than requiring the same clearance behind the frame, they allow the display
to sit much closer to the structure behind and preserve more usable stand depth.
Both full support feet and side half feet are supplied with the stand package,
allowing the support arrangement to be chosen to suit the venue.

Connecting The Back Wall And Side Returns
The four modules in the 3800mm back wall create three straight joints. Each
2850mm side return contains three modules and therefore adds two further straight
joints.
FF-2WC two-way connectors align adjoining frames at the top, while FF-SMF small
middle feet support the joints at floor level. The Back Wall Only package uses
three FF-2WC connectors and three FF-SMF feet; the two-wall package uses five of
each; and the three-wall package uses seven of each.
Small Middle Foot – FF-SMF
The FF-SMF sits at the joint between neighbouring FastFrame modules and
provides compact support at floor level. The FF-2WC above it is the component
that aligns and connects the adjoining frames.
Creating L-Shaped And U-Shaped Corners
The FF-90C 90° Corner Connector Kit joins a side return to the rear wall.
One kit is included with the Back Wall + One Side Return package to create
the L-shaped configuration.
The U-shaped package uses two corner kits, one at each end of the back wall.
This creates three substantial branded surfaces while leaving the front of
the 4m × 3m space open.
What Makes The 4m × 3m FastFrame Stand Different?
Designed specifically for nominal 4m × 3m exhibition spaces
3800mm continuous rear-wall graphic
Optional 2850mm side returns for two-wall or three-wall layouts
Lightweight folding aluminium FastFrame modules
Tool-free frame expansion for straightforward on-site setup
Reusable hardware with replaceable SEG fabric graphics
Suitable for shell scheme and space-only exhibitions
Modular system can be expanded or reconfigured for future events
A Reusable System For More Than One Stand Size
Although this package is pre-configured for a 4m × 3m exhibition footprint, the
FastFrame modules remain individual reusable components rather than a permanently
fixed stand.
The four-frame rear wall and three-frame side returns can be separated after the
event and used in different combinations, fitted with new graphics or combined
with additional modules.
This makes the system particularly useful for exhibitors who regularly book
different stand sizes and want to reuse the same core hardware from event to event.
Frequently Asked Questions
