Display polyester fabric printing is available in almost any custom size. Display polyester is a popular and versatile fabric that can used to create a wide range of products. Hanging banners, event backdrops and tablecloths are all items that can be made from printed display polyester with excellent results. The fabric is durable and can be folded without causing permanent damage so it's ideal for the production of larger graphics that can be folded up for convenient packing and transportation..

	A Versatile Printable Display Fabric Display polyester is our most popular and widely used type of printable fabric. It is not a 100% block-out product but still has good opacity that provides strong, vibrant printed results. Display polyester can be used to produce many types of printed graphics including exhibition backdrops, retail advertising posters and showroom display banners. With a weight of 210gsm, printed display polyester is a medium-weight fabric. Our product has a relatively soft feel and is not stiff as is the case with some similar textiles. Being soft this fabric drapes nicely so it can be sewn and used to produce things like printed tablecloths. The material is available printed from the roll at widths of up to 3.2 Metres by almost any length.

Display Polyester Printed Fabric Sewing Printed display polyester can be supplied as 'raw' printed material on the roll or we can cut the finished print to any size, shape or pattern. Fabric prints can be finished in several ways depending on customers' requirements. We offer sewing of the edge of the fabric with a hem or sewing of the fabric to include pockets for hanging as standard options at no additional cost We can also offer additional services such as the sewing of silicone profiles or velcro to the perimeter of display polyester printed graphics on request. 	Quality Dye Sublimation Fabric Printing Display polyester fabric is printed using a dye sublimation process from our EFI Reggiani FabriVu printer. We can output at an ultra-high resolution of 2400 dpi and speeds as high as 250m² per hour. Dye sublimation printing is the optimum print process for polyester-based fabrics as the process provides the strongest and most vibrant colour when compared to other digital printing techniques. Another major benefit of dye sublimation fabric printing is durability. Fabric graphics can be folded without causing damage or bruising to the ink. The graphics can even be machine-washed should you need to clean them. Display polyester fabric graphics are fire-rated and suitable for use in all public spaces.
