Description

Our polycarbonate printed panels have a modern, high-gloss finish and look great on any internal wall. Available in any bespoke size, printed panels can be pre-drilled with holes and supplied with stand-off fixings in a choice of colours.

	Printing Onto Clear Polycarbonate Polycarbonate is a clear sheet material that is similar in some respects to acrylic. It is optically clear and extremely resistant to impact and shattering (around 250 times more resistant to impact than glass). The polycarbonate we use has a thickness of 5mm and is directly printed using a UV digital process. This involves printing liquid ink onto the sheet which is then 'cured' with UV light. The artwork is printed mirror image and overprinted with a layer of white ink to give it opacity. When viewed from the other side of the sheet, the image is displayed the correct way around and has a high-gloss finish.

Stunning Results For All Indoor Spaces Acrylic and polycarbonate printed panels are suitable for use in any indoor location and are a modern and aesthetically pleasing alternative to traditional framed artwork and canvas prints. The high gloss finish provides colours that are extremely vibrant and thanks to our white ink overprint layer on the reverse of the panel, the opacity is very high with no show-through.

	Stand Off Wall Fixings Our polycarbonate printed display panels can be supplied pre-drilled with holes and supplied with stand-off fixings so they can be attached to almost any interior wall. The stand-off fixings separate the rear of the panel and the wall by 10mm which means that the front face of the panel is 15mm in front of the wall. The floating appearance of the panel is modern and attractive and the stand-off spacers can be provided in a choice of brushed aluminium, chrome or black colour. If you don't select wall fixings when ordering your panel, we will not pre-drill holes routinely but we can do this on request if you ask us to.

How Do I Supply My Artwork We can print from any supplied artwork file although the quality of the image we can produce will depend on the quality of your original file. For printing onto polycarbonate, acrylic and other materials we recommend that artwork should be provided at 300dpi at the final print size. If you are unsure about the suitability of your artwork or want some advice, please do get in touch. We are happy to examine your original file and give our recommendation as to the suitability for printing at the size you require. Simply send it to us prior to placing your artwork and confirm the required size and a member of our team will come back to you. Alternatively, you can contact us by phone or online chat if you wish.

Delivery Of Printed Panels We can deliver panels up to around 1M x 1.5M in size via regular overnight courier services. Larger panels or awkward-sized panels may be too large or fragile to deliver in this way. If you require larger panels, please contact us prior to placing your order and we can verify that we can deliver within our standard charges. If it is not possible, we can provide a quotation based on a dedicated vehicle to the delivery address. You may also collect your order in person or via your own courier.
