What are giant printed cheques used for?
Giant printed cheques are commonly used for charity cheque presentations, sponsorship announcements, fundraising events, prize giveaways, award ceremonies and press photographs. They are designed to create a memorable photo opportunity and help your presentation stand out.
Can I design my own giant cheque?
Definitely. If you want to handle the design yourself, choose the "Personalised design (artwork supplied by customer)" option when placing your order. Once the order has been placed, email your order number to [email protected] and we will send you the correct blank artwork template for your chosen size so you can customise it and send it back to us for printing.
Do you publish artwork templates in the Downloads tab?
No. We do not publish editable giant cheque templates in the Downloads section for this product. If you choose the artwork-supplied-by-customer option, we will send the template after your order has been placed.
Can Printdesigns create the giant cheque design for me?
Yes. If you choose the "Personalised design (created by Printdesigns)" option, our team can create the cheque artwork for you. Simply send us your logo, branding, amount, payee name, date and any other details you would like included. We will then send you a proof for approval before printing.
What sizes are available?
We offer three standard sizes:
- Small: 500mm x 250mm
- Medium: 1000mm x 500mm
- Large: 1500mm x 750mm
We can also produce custom sizes on request.
What material are your giant cheques printed on?
Our giant printed cheques are printed onto 3mm thick foam PVC board. This gives a rigid, professional finish that is easy to hold and looks excellent in presentation photographs.
Can I write on the giant cheque with a pen?
Yes, if you choose the optional dry wipe laminated finish. This allows you to write onto the surface using a whiteboard or dry wipe pen and then wipe it clean again afterwards with a soft cloth.
Are your giant cheques suitable for photography?
Yes. Our standard giant printed cheques have a matt, non-reflective finish, which helps reduce glare under bright lighting and works well for flash photography. If you choose the dry wipe laminate, that finish is glossy.
Can I order a blank giant cheque?
Yes. We offer a plain blank cheque option which is pre-formatted and ready for you to fill in yourself. This is a popular option for customers who want a quick and simple reusable presentation cheque.
Do you offer custom shapes or bespoke giant cheques?
Yes. In addition to our standard small, medium and large sizes, we can produce custom size giant cheques and bespoke shapes on request. Please contact us with your requirements for a quotation.
Will I receive a proof before printing?
Yes, if your cheque is personalised. Whether you supply the finished artwork yourself or ask us to create the design for you, we will check the artwork and provide a proof for approval before production where appropriate.
How do I place an order for a personalised giant cheque?
Simply choose your preferred size, laminate option and personalisation option from the dropdown menus on the product page, then add the product to basket and complete checkout. Once your order is placed, we can either send you the correct artwork template or begin creating the design for you, depending on the option selected.
