Versatile For Use In All Indoor Spaces
This display can be used as a standalone illuminated feature within an open floor space and supplied with printed graphics on both the front and back for double-sided visibility. It can also be used within a pre-existing exhibition booth, where the rear of the lightboxes is fitted with plain blockout panels to keep the focus on the front-facing graphics. The Illumigo system is a versatile solution that can be adapted for a wide variety of indoor environments, including exhibitions, events, retail spaces and showrooms.
* Important Information When Using Illumigo Lightboxes Inside a Shell Scheme
The Illumigo Lightbox stand can be used inside most exhibition shell schemes as long as the shell scheme does not have a fascia panel or any front beam deeper than 120 mm.
This clearance requirement only affects layouts that include side walls (L-shape or U-shape configurations).
If you are ordering a back wall only, the fascia panel will not interfere with installation.
When There Is No Fascia Panel
When there is no fascia panel — or when the fascia panel does not exceed a depth of 120 mm — the Illumigo Lightbox can be positioned within the shell scheme so that the side walls sit underneath the front beam. In this configuration, the side walls will protrude slightly beyond the line of the front beam but will remain fully inside the booth space, allowing normal assembly without restriction.
When a Fascia Panel Is Fitted
If your shell scheme contains a fascia panel or name board that hangs down more than 120 mm from the top of the stand, this will prevent the side walls of an Illumigo Lightbox from fitting within the booth. This is because fascia panels are normally recessed slightly inside the floor area of the shell scheme, reducing the usable internal space.
The Illumigo Lightbox has a height of 2380 mm, while a typical shell scheme has an internal height of around 2500 mm, leaving approximately 120 mm of clearance above the stand.
If the fascia panel drops below this 120 mm zone, the side walls cannot be fitted under the fascia.
This issue does not affect single back-wall setups. However, for L-shape or U-shape layouts, the fascia panel will usually make assembly impossible inside the booth.
In many instances, exhibition contractors can remove the fascia name board upon request, but this must be arranged in advance with the event organiser or stand contractor.
When a Support Beam Less Than 120mm Deep Is Fitted
If your shell scheme features a support beam that is less than 120mm deep, the IllumiGo lightbox sidewalls can fit underneath it OK
Key Compatibility Rule
For Illumigo displays that include one or two side walls:
The front beam — including any fitted fascia panel — must not exceed 120 mm in depth.
If you are unsure, please send us the details of the shell scheme you have booked and we will confirm compatibility for you.
