Our standard deck chair frames are manufactured from untreated FSC-certified beech hardwood. The frame has a light, natural finish, and the timber is machined smooth to provide a premium appearance.

Adjustable Seat Angle
Our deck chair frames have a traditional folding design, allowing them to be delivered flat-packed by courier. No tools are required for assembly.
Plastic locators on the deck chair frame allow the angle of the seat to be adjusted into three different positions.
The frame has been tested to a maximum 130KG load-bearing capacity, making it suitable for most adults and children.
Removable Replaceable Printed Sling
The printed sling (seat cover) for the deck chair is removable and replaceable, allowing you to clean or wash it when required.
Our prints are sewn with a silicone edging strip on the top and bottom edges. The print wraps around the frame and the silicone bead pushes securely into the deck chair frame channel.
We can supply additional printed deck chair slings separately in the future, allowing you to update your artwork or branding without purchasing a completely new frame.
Tough and Durable Fabric Prints
Printed deck chairs are supplied complete with a bespoke printed seat cover that is digitally printed using a dye sublimation process onto durable outdoor polyester fabric.
The fabric is designed for outdoor use and provides excellent durability. The edge of the fabric is sewn with a neat hem to prevent fraying. We use black or white thread depending on your artwork, although specific requirements can be discussed.
The fabric is treated with a flame-retardant coating to comply with relevant EU fire safety regulations.
Stainless Pivot Points
Our folding printed deck chairs feature stainless steel pivot bolts that are strong and durable.
When used outdoors for extended periods, the metal fittings will not rust and negatively impact the appearance of your printed deck chair.
Printed Deck Chair Alternative Frame Colours
Our standard printed deck chair frames have a natural wood finish. We can also supply treated deck chair frames in light oak, walnut and black.
Alternative frame colours are subject to additional cost and a minimum order quantity of 50 deck chairs.

Caring For Your Printed Deck Chair
Our deck chair frames are manufactured from hardwood, which is naturally durable for outdoor use. If your personalised deck chair remains outdoors for extended periods, we recommend treating the timber periodically with a suitable wood preservative, decking oil or varnish.
Please note that treating the timber may alter the natural appearance of the wood and make it darker in colour.
The fabric sling is manufactured from specialist outdoor polyester material and can be washed at 30 degrees using a conventional washing machine with a low spin setting. Do not tumble dry; allow the fabric to air dry naturally.
To maximise the lifespan of your branded deck chair, we recommend storing it in a sheltered location during periods of prolonged poor weather or during winter months.
