Custom Printed Bunting – Durable, Reusable & Eco-Friendly
Custom printed bunting is a simple and eye-catching way to promote your brand, decorate an event,
advertise a promotion or add colour to a venue. Our personalised fabric bunting is suitable for both
indoor and outdoor use and can be printed with logos, branding, messages, photographs or multiple
different artwork designs.
We manufacture our printed bunting from 115gsm polyester flag fabric, using
dye-sublimation printing to produce vibrant, durable graphics. Choose from
triangular or rectangular pennants in convenient
5 metre or 10 metre lengths.
Each length is supplied ready to hang, with the individual pennants sewn onto durable polyester
banding and approximately 500mm of additional cord provided at each end for fixing.

115gsm Polyester Fabric Bunting
Our bunting is printed onto 115gsm polyester flag fabric. The material is
lightweight, flexible and durable, making it well suited to bunting that may need to be
installed, removed, folded, stored and reused.
The fabric is suitable for indoor and outdoor use and will not deteriorate
simply because it becomes wet.
Printing is carried out using a dye-sublimation process, helping to produce
a vibrant and durable finish.

Eco-Friendly & Recyclable Printed Bunting
Our printed bunting is designed with recyclability in mind. The pennants are manufactured
from polyester and sewn onto polyester banding, avoiding the unnecessary combination of
multiple different materials.
The polyester material is 100% recyclable, making our fabric bunting a
practical alternative to disposable paper or mixed-material bunting.
Because the bunting is durable and reusable, it can be folded and stored after use and
brought out again for future events, campaigns and promotions.

Choose Triangular or Rectangular Pennants
Our standard printed bunting is available with either
triangular or rectangular pennants.
Each standard pennant measures approximately
200mm wide × 300mm deep.
Simply select your preferred pennant shape when ordering.
For larger bespoke projects, we can also consider alternative sizes or shapes.

Available Bunting Lengths
Our standard printed bunting is available in two convenient lengths:
- 5 metre length – supplied with 12 printed pennants
- 10 metre length – supplied with 24 printed pennants
The individual pennants are spaced approximately 200mm apart.
We also provide approximately 500mm of additional cord at each end of
every length.
Standard polyester banding is available in black or white.
For very large orders, typically around 500 metres or more, custom-coloured banding may
also be possible.

Single-Sided Print With Show-Through to the Reverse
The bunting is printed on one side of the 115gsm flag fabric.
Because the material has a relatively open weave, the printed image shows through to the reverse of
the fabric at approximately 90% opacity.
This means the design is visible from both sides, although the reverse side will naturally appear mirrored.
Use One Design or Multiple Artwork Designs
You do not have to use the same artwork on every pennant.
You can provide multiple artwork files and we can arrange different designs along the length of the
bunting. This is useful where you want to alternate logos, colours, sponsors, messages or different
pieces of artwork.
You can supply:
- up to 12 different artwork files for a 5 metre length
- up to 24 different artwork files for a 10 metre length
There is a £2 + VAT artwork setup charge for each additional artwork design.
Artwork Templates
Artwork templates are available for both our triangular and rectangular pennant shapes.
Please use the appropriate template for the pennant shape you are ordering and supply finished,
print-ready artwork wherever possible.
If you are supplying more than one design, please clearly identify each file and provide instructions
explaining how the designs should be arranged along the bunting.

Custom Lengths, Sizes & Bespoke Bunting
Our standard product is based around 5 metre and 10 metre lengths with 200mm × 300mm pennants,
but bespoke requirements can also be considered.
Please contact us if you require a large overall quantity, different pennant dimensions,
an alternative pennant shape, custom-coloured banding or a specific arrangement of multiple designs.
Production Time
Our standard production time is usually
3–5 working days from receipt of approved, print-ready artwork.
