At PrintDesigns, we do things differently. Our eco-friendly bunting is made entirely from 100% recyclable polyester, including both the pennants and the durable banding they’re sewn to. By using a single material, recycling becomes simple and effective, helping you reduce your environmental impact.

We also use a dye-sublimation printing process that contains no harmful solvents (VOCs). This method not only delivers vivid, long-lasting full-colour prints but is also far kinder to the environment than traditional solvent-based printing.

Your Options: Rectangular or Triangular Printed Bunting Pennants

Bunting pennants are the small flags attached to the cordage of your custom-printed bunting, and they play a key role in the overall look of your display. At PrintDesigns, you can choose between triangular or rectangular pennant shapes depending on your preference. Simply select your preferred shape when placing your order.

As standard, each printed bunting pennant measures 200mm wide x 300mm deep, but we can also create custom shapes and sizes to perfectly suit your event, brand, or display.

Your Options: Choice of Printed Bunting Lengths

At PrintDesigns, we offer custom printed bunting in two convenient lengths to suit your event or display:

5m lengths – includes 12 pennants
10m lengths – includes 24 pennants

Each pennant is spaced with a 200mm gap (equal to the width of the pennant) to create a balanced and professional display. We also provide approximately 500mm of cord at each end, giving you plenty of length to secure your bunting.

The 25mm banding sewn to the bunting is available in black or white as standard. For larger orders (usually 500m or more), we can supply custom coloured banding to perfectly match your branding.

Setting Artwork For Printed Bunting

You can download an artwork template for either a triangular-shaped printed bunting pennant or a rectangular printed bunting pennant. Please set your artwork using the relevant template depending on the pennant shape you require.

If you want the pennants on your bunting to be printed from more than one piece of artwork, you can provide multiple files. We will need instructions from you to confirm the arrangement that the files are to be printed along the string of bunting.

There is a £2 plus VAT surcharge for each additional artwork design that you provide for printing which covers the additional time that it takes us to set up your artwork for printing.

You can supply up to 12 different artwork files for a 5m length of bunting or 24 different artwork files for a 10m length of bunting.

Our bunting material is printed onto one side using a 115gsm flag material. The printed image will show through to the reverse of the fabric as shown with around 90% opacity.
