FastFrame 3m × 3m Exhibition Stand

A Flexible Modular Display System For 3m × 3m Exhibition Spaces

Make full use of a standard 3m × 3m exhibition space with a modular FastFrame display package designed around lightweight 950mm × 2400mm folding aluminium frames. The system combines generous branded wall space with quick, tool-free assembly and compact storage between events.

Choose a simple 2850mm back wall, an L-shaped stand with one 2850mm side return, or a three-wall U-shaped layout. Each configuration includes the frames, connectors and support feet required for that particular arrangement, together with full-colour SEG fabric graphics for the selected walls.

Choose Your 3m × 3m Stand Layout

Three pre-configured layouts are available, allowing you to match the display to the position of your stand and the amount of wall coverage you need.

FastFrame 3m x 3m exhibition stand with straight back wall

Back Wall Only

A straight 2850mm wide display wall, ideal for creating a branded backdrop within a 3m × 3m exhibition space. When positioned against an existing shell-scheme or venue wall, the supplied side half feet can be used so the FastFrame sits as close as possible to the wall behind. If the back wall is being used as a freestanding display in an open space, the standard full support feet should be used instead to provide stability to both the front and rear. Both support-foot options are supplied with the package.

FastFrame 3m x 3m exhibition stand with back wall and one side return

Back Wall + One Side Return

An L-shaped configuration with a 2850mm back wall and matching 2850mm side return, providing strong branding across two faces while retaining an open approach from two sides.

FastFrame 3m x 3m exhibition stand with back wall and two side returns

Back Wall + Two Side Returns

A three-wall U-shaped layout that creates an enclosed branded backdrop on three sides while keeping the front of the exhibition stand open and accessible.

See How FastFrame Works

FastFrame uses expanding aluminium display frames that open quickly and connect together to create larger exhibition walls. The system avoids the large number of separate poles and complicated fixings associated with many traditional modular stands.

Why Choose A FastFrame 3m × 3m Exhibition Stand?

The 3m × 3m footprint is one of the most useful exhibition stand sizes because it offers enough room for meaningful visitor interaction while still fitting comfortably into many shell scheme and space-only event layouts. FastFrame turns that footprint into a substantial branded environment without requiring a custom-built stand.

With the back-wall package you retain an almost completely open floor area. Adding one side return gives you two large graphic surfaces, while the U-shaped option provides three 2850mm wide printed walls and a more enclosed stand environment for meetings, demonstrations or product presentation.

Every layout is built from the same reusable 950mm × 2400mm FastFrame modules. The hardware can therefore be separated after the event, rearranged for a different stand shape, or expanded with additional frames and replacement graphics in the future.

Built for a genuine 3m × 3m footprint: even the full U-shaped configuration measures approximately 2930mm wide × 2890mm deep, providing useful installation clearance within a nominal 3000mm × 3000mm stand space.

Practical Dimensions For Shell Scheme And Space-Only Stands

Exhibition spaces described as 3m × 3m are nominal sizes. In a shell scheme, posts, wall panels and neighbouring stand structures can reduce the usable internal space slightly, so a display system that finishes just inside the quoted footprint is easier to install.

The straight FastFrame back wall is 2850mm wide. The L-shaped configuration occupies approximately 2890mm × 2890mm, while the three-wall U-shaped package measures approximately 2930mm wide × 2890mm deep.

These dimensions provide useful tolerance around the display while still maximising the available branding area. The 2400mm display height also creates a strong visual presence without requiring a bespoke exhibition build.

The FastFrame Building Block

The 3m × 3m packages are constructed from FastFrame 950mm × 2400mm folding display modules. Three frames positioned side by side create each 2850mm wide exhibition wall.

Each aluminium frame is a self-contained expanding structure. It opens from its compact folded form, locks into position and provides the support needed for a tensioned SEG fabric graphic.

Because the same frame size is repeated throughout the system, the modules can be reused independently or combined in different quantities to create other FastFrame layouts for future exhibitions.

Compact Folding Design

Although a complete 3m × 3m display can contain up to nine individual frames, each FastFrame module collapses into a compact folding unit for transport and storage. This makes a substantial exhibition backdrop much easier to handle between events than a conventional rigid modular structure.

On site, the scissor-style aluminium framework expands in seconds and requires no tools for the basic frame assembly. Once the modules are positioned, connectors and support feet secure the chosen layout ready for the graphics.

Continuous SEG Fabric Graphics

FastFrame uses Silicone Edge Graphics (SEG). A flexible silicone strip is sewn around the edge of the printed fabric and inserted into the channel around the frame, tensioning the graphic to produce a smooth, frameless finish.

Importantly, a complete 2850mm wall is supplied with one continuous 2850mm × 2400mm fabric graphic. The printed artwork therefore runs across all three FastFrame modules without separate visible graphic panels interrupting the design.

The graphics are produced using full-colour dye-sublimation printing onto polyester display fabric. They can be replaced separately from the hardware, making it straightforward to refresh a campaign or rebrand the stand for a future event.

Support Feet For Different Exhibition Environments

The support arrangement can be adapted to suit where the FastFrame stand is positioned. Standard full support feet project to the front and rear of the frame and should be used when a FastFrame wall is freestanding in an open space, where support is needed in both directions.

Side half feet are useful when the stand is positioned against an existing shell-scheme or venue wall. Because they project forwards rather than requiring the same clearance behind the frame, they allow the FastFrame wall to sit much closer to the structure behind it and maximise the usable stand depth.

Both full support feet and side half feet are supplied with the stand package, so the installation can be adapted to suit the venue and whether the display is wall-backed or genuinely freestanding.

How The 3m Walls Connect Together

Each 2850mm wall is made from three adjoining FastFrame modules. FF-2WC two-way connectors align the frames at the top of each straight joint, while FF-SMF small middle feet provide compact support at floor level between neighbouring modules.

The back-wall package uses two FF-2WC connectors and two FF-SMF feet. The L-shaped package uses four of each across its two walls, while the three-wall U-shaped package uses six of each.

These components are included as part of the selected package, so the correct quantities arrive with the frames rather than having to be specified separately.

Small Middle Foot – FF-SMF

The FF-SMF sits at the joint between adjoining modules and supports the frames without creating a large foot projecting into the usable stand space.

Creating L-Shaped And U-Shaped Corners

FastFrame FF-90C 90 degree corner connector

The FF-90C 90° Connector Kit joins complete FastFrame walls at right angles. One corner kit is included with the Back Wall + One Side Return package, creating the L-shaped layout.

The U-shaped configuration requires two right-angle connections and therefore includes two FF-90C kits. This creates three distinct branded walls while keeping the front of the 3m × 3m stand open.

What Makes This 3m × 3m FastFrame Stand Different?

  • Designed around a standard 3m × 3m exhibition footprint
  • Choice of one, two or three branded display walls
  • 2850mm wide continuous graphics on each complete wall
  • Lightweight folding aluminium FastFrame modules
  • Tool-free frame expansion and straightforward assembly
  • Reusable hardware with replaceable SEG fabric graphics
  • Suitable for shell scheme and space-only exhibitions
  • Modular system can be expanded or reconfigured later

A 3m × 3m Stand That Can Change With Future Events

The package is configured for a 3m × 3m floor space, but the individual FastFrame modules are not permanently tied to this layout. After an event, each wall can be separated back into its individual 950mm wide frames.

Those modules can then be used independently, arranged into different wall widths, combined with additional FastFrame frames or fitted with replacement graphics for another campaign.

This gives the system a useful life beyond one particular exhibition stand size and makes it particularly attractive for organisations attending several events with different floor-space allocations.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will The Stand Fit Inside A 3m × 3m Shell Scheme?

Yes. The straight back wall is 2850mm wide. The L-shaped configuration measures approximately 2890mm × 2890mm, and the full U-shaped layout is approximately 2930mm wide × 2890mm deep. This leaves useful tolerance within a nominal 3000mm × 3000mm exhibition space.

How Many FastFrame Modules Are Included?

The back-wall package includes three 950mm × 2400mm frames. The Back Wall + One Side Return package includes six frames, while the Back Wall + Two Side Returns package includes nine.

How Long Does The Stand Take To Assemble?

Individual FastFrame modules expand in seconds. The overall installation time depends on whether you choose the three-frame back wall, six-frame L-shaped stand or nine-frame U-shaped configuration, as well as the number of people assembling it.

Are The Printed Graphics Included?

Yes. Full-colour SEG fabric graphics for every wall in the selected configuration are included with the package.

Are The Graphics Separate Panels For Each Frame?

No. Each complete 2850mm wall uses one continuous fabric graphic spanning its three FastFrame modules, helping produce a clean and uninterrupted printed surface.

Can I Replace The Graphics Or Reconfigure The Stand?

Yes. Replacement graphics can be ordered separately, and the individual FastFrame modules can be reused, rearranged or combined with additional frames for future exhibition layouts.
