Modular FastFrame exhibition stand for 6m × 4m spaces
Create a professional modular exhibition stand for a 6m × 4m floor
space using our lightweight FastFrame display system. Choose from a
simple 6m back wall, an L-shaped stand with one 4m side return, or
a U-shaped configuration with two 4m side walls.
Each package combines folding aluminium FastFrame modules with
seamless SEG fabric graphics to create a clean, frameless display.
The reusable modular construction makes the stand quick to assemble,
straightforward to transport and easy to reconfigure for future
exhibitions.
Designed for 6m × 4m exhibition spaces:
the 5700mm back wall is formed from six 950mm FastFrame modules,
while each optional 3800mm side return uses four additional modules.
Choose Your 6m × 4m Stand Layout
Choose between one, two or three graphic walls depending on the
position of your exhibition space and how enclosed you want the
finished stand to feel.
Back Wall Package (1 Wall)
A 5700mm-wide printed back wall formed from six FastFrame
modules. This layout leaves the front and both sides of the
6m × 4m exhibition space open and accessible.
Back Wall + One Side Wall Package (2 Walls)
Adds a 3800mm side return to create an L-shaped exhibition
stand. This provides a substantial second graphic surface
while retaining open access from the front and one side.
Back Wall + Two Side Walls Package (3 Walls / U-Shape)
Adds a 3800mm return at each end of the back wall to create
a three-sided U-shaped exhibition stand with extensive
continuous graphic coverage.

See How FastFrame Works
FastFrame uses a lightweight folding aluminium structure that opens
out in seconds. Multiple frames can then be connected together to
create larger seamless display walls and complete exhibition stand
layouts.
Why Choose A FastFrame 6m × 4m Exhibition Stand?
A 6m × 4m exhibition space provides considerably more usable floor
area than shallower stand formats, making it suitable for larger
product displays, counters, demonstration areas, seating or meeting
space. FastFrame creates the surrounding graphic structure without
requiring a permanent custom-built stand.

Designed Around Real Exhibition Floor-Space Dimensions
Exhibition spaces are normally sold using nominal dimensions, so
the physical display needs to remain within the allocated floor
area. The FastFrame 6m × 4m packages are therefore configured to
fit comfortably within a nominal 6000 × 4000mm stand space.
The back wall measures 5700mm wide rather than the full 6000mm.
With one or two side returns installed, the stand depth is
approximately 3840mm. This leaves useful tolerance around the
structure for practical installation.
The 6m back wall uses six 950mm FastFrame modules to create a
5700mm-wide continuous graphic display. Each 4m side return uses
four modules to create a 3800mm-wide graphic wall.
The FastFrame Building Block
Every configuration is built using the same
FF-95X240 FastFrame module, measuring
950mm wide × 2400mm high.
Six modules positioned side by side create the 5700mm back
wall. Each optional 3800mm side return uses four further
FastFrame modules.
The largest U-shaped configuration therefore uses fourteen
individual frames, but each module remains compact and
manageable when separated for transport and storage.
Compact Folding Design
Each FastFrame module uses a folding scissor-style aluminium
structure. The frame expands to its full display size for use and
folds down into a much more compact format when the exhibition has
finished.
Quick To Deploy
The folding aluminium construction allows the individual
modules to be expanded quickly on site before being joined
together to form the complete stand.
Compact For Transport
Once folded, each frame occupies considerably less space,
making even a larger 6m × 4m modular stand practical to
transport and store between events.
Continuous SEG Fabric Graphics
FastFrame uses tensioned SEG fabric graphics. A silicone edging is
sewn around the perimeter of the printed fabric and pushed into the
channel around the aluminium frame.
A single graphic can span several connected FastFrame modules. The
six-frame back wall therefore uses one continuous 5700mm-wide
graphic rather than six separate printed panels.
Each four-frame side return similarly uses one continuous
3800mm-wide graphic. This creates large, uninterrupted branded
surfaces with a clean frameless appearance.
One graphic per wall: the back wall uses one
5700 × 2400mm SEG graphic, while each optional side return uses one
3800 × 2400mm SEG graphic.
Support Feet For Wall-Backed Or Freestanding Displays
FastFrame can be supported differently depending on whether the
display is positioned against an existing wall or used as a
freestanding structure in an open exhibition space.
Full Support Feet
Full support feet project approximately 180mm to the front
and rear of the frame. They are suitable where a FastFrame
wall is freestanding and requires stability in both
directions.
Side Half Feet
Side half feet project to the front only and can be used
where the back wall is positioned against an existing
shell-scheme or venue wall. This allows the display to sit
closer to the structure behind it.
Connecting The Back Wall And Side Returns
Adjacent FastFrame modules are aligned and secured using
simple connecting components. The
FF-2WC two-way connector connects adjoining
frames at the top, while the
FF-SMF small middle foot supports the joint
between the modules at floor level.
The 5700mm back wall contains five straight joints between
its six modules. Each 3800mm side return contains three
additional straight joints between its four modules.
This means the two-wall configuration uses eight straight
frame joints, while the three-wall U-shaped configuration
uses eleven.
Creating L-Shaped And U-Shaped Corners
The side returns connect to the back wall using
FF-90C 90° corner connector kits.
The two-wall package requires one corner kit to create the
L-shaped layout. The three-wall package uses two corner kits
to form the U-shaped configuration.
The modular corner connection means the frames are not
permanently committed to the 6m × 4m arrangement. They can
be disconnected after the event and used in different
layouts when required.
What Makes The 6m × 4m FastFrame Stand Different?
The 6m × 4m format combines a substantial 5700mm graphic back wall
with a deeper 4m exhibition footprint. Compared with a 6m × 2m or
6m × 3m space, the additional depth provides considerably more room
in front of the display for furniture, product demonstrations,
counters or visitor meeting areas.
Adding a 3800mm side wall creates a large secondary graphic surface,
while the full U-shaped configuration provides a back wall and two
substantial side elevations. This can create a much more defined
branded environment while still leaving the entire front of the
stand open.
Despite the overall size of the finished display, the stand is still
assembled entirely from standard 950mm-wide FastFrame modules. This
keeps the system modular and reusable rather than tying the hardware
permanently to one exhibition footprint.
A Reusable System For More Than One Stand Size
The FastFrame modules used in a 6m × 4m stand can be separated and
rearranged after the event. The same frames can therefore be used to
create smaller display walls or alternative stand configurations at
future exhibitions.
For example, the six modules forming the back wall can be divided
into shorter display walls, while the four modules from each side
return can be used separately or incorporated into another modular
layout.
Additional FastFrame modules, connectors and replacement SEG
graphics can also be supplied separately, allowing the system to be
expanded or adapted as your exhibition requirements change.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will this FastFrame stand fit within a 6m × 4m exhibition space?
Yes. The packages are configured specifically for a nominal
6m × 4m exhibition area. The back wall measures 5700mm wide,
while configurations with side returns have an overall depth of
approximately 3840mm. The maximum overall width is approximately
5780mm for the three-wall layout.
How many FastFrame modules are included?
The back-wall package contains six FF-95X240 FastFrame modules.
The back wall plus one side package contains ten modules, while
the three-wall U-shaped package contains fourteen modules.
Are the printed graphics included?
Yes. Full-colour dye-sublimation SEG fabric graphics are
included. The back wall uses a 5700 × 2400mm graphic and each
optional side return uses a 3800 × 2400mm graphic.
Will I see joins between the graphics on each FastFrame module?
No. A single SEG fabric graphic can span several connected
FastFrame modules. The six-frame back wall therefore uses one
continuous 5700mm-wide graphic, and each four-frame side wall
uses one continuous 3800mm-wide graphic.
Can the stand be used with a shell scheme?
Yes. FastFrame can be used within shell-scheme exhibition
spaces. Where the back wall is positioned against an existing
shell-scheme or venue wall, side half feet can be used to allow
the display to sit closer to the wall behind it.
Does the FastFrame system require tools to assemble?
The FastFrame modules are designed for quick, tool-free
deployment. The folding frames open out on site and are joined
together using the appropriate straight and corner connectors.
Can I order replacement graphics later?
Yes. Replacement SEG fabric graphics can be supplied separately,
allowing the FastFrame hardware to be reused when your branding,
campaign or exhibition artwork changes.
Can I change the stand configuration for another exhibition?
Yes. FastFrame is fully modular, so the individual frames can be
disconnected and arranged in different configurations.
Additional modules and connectors can also be added if you need
to create a different or larger stand in the future.
Can the FastFrame modules be used individually?
Yes. Individual FastFrame modules can be separated from the
complete stand and used independently or combined into smaller
display walls, providing additional flexibility between events.
