Promotional Counter – An Affordable, Portable & Customisable Event Demonstration Counter

The lightweight Promotional Counter is our most popular model of promotional unit. It is lightweight, easy to assemble, and can be supplied with pre-applied custom-printed graphics.

These promotional demonstration counters are perfect for showcasing products, conducting in-store tastings, or creating a branded information point at events.

What Are Promotional Counters Made From

Promotional Counters are made from strong plastics, enabling them to be used either indoors or outdoors in calm, non-windy weather conditions.

The body panel of the counter is made of durable, high-impact polypropylene and is creased so that it can be folded flat. The top of the counter, base, and the internal storage shelf are made of vacuum-formed high-impact polystyrene.

The counter comes supplied with a header panel that is attached to the base of the counter via powder-coated 2-part steel sectional poles.

All of the components of the Promotional Counter pack away into a single carry bag, making it easy to transport.

How To Assemble A Promotional Counter

Promotional counters can be assembled and dismantled repeatedly, and the process only takes a few minutes with no tools required.

STEP 1

Position the counter base on the floor with the grooved edge facing upward

STEP 2

Unfold the body panel and insert it into the groove around the edge of the base.

STEP 3

Secure the base by clicking it into the small cut-out slots on the side body panel. This locks the base and body together to prevent separation.

STEP 4

Lower the internal shelf into position. The shelf sits on brackets that are attached to the inside of the body panel.

STEP 5

Carefully lower the internal shelf into place, resting it on the support brackets located inside the body panel.

STEP 6

Insert the lower pole sections through the holes in the tabletop, allowing the bottoms to rest securely on the internal shelf inside the counter.

STEP 7

Attach the upper pole sections to the header panel by inserting them into the plastic sockets on the back.

STEP 8

Align the header panels with the top sections of the poles, ensuring the poles are securely attached to the counter. Then, push the poles together to connect.

Portable, Event-Ready Design

The promotional counter packs neatly into a lightweight, rectangular carry bag with reinforced handles and a shoulder strap, making it easy to lift, carry, or sling over your shoulder.

The components pack relatively flat so that all parts, including the counter surface, poles, and header panel fit into one bag, maximizing convenience.

Promotional Counters are made from durable yet lightweight materials, the counter weights only around 10kg so its easy to handle and transport to and from your event.

Space-Saving Storage

The packed dimensions are only 89 x 86 x 11cm so when not in use, the counter fits in most car boots, closets, or under most desks.

High Quality Optional Printed Graphics

Our graphics are printed onto a durable, textured vinyl that’s scratch-resistant and built to withstand regular use. The vinyl has a subtle grain that enhances the visual depth of your artwork while protecting it from wear and tear.
If you opt for custom printing, your counter will arrive ready to use, with all graphics pre-applied for immediate setup.

You can choose from two printing options:

Front & Header Panel Only – Ideal for focused branding.
Front, Sides & Header Panel – For full visual coverage and maximum impact.

Artwork set up templates are available under the 'downloads' tab so you can prepare your artwork to the correct size.

In addition to our self-adhesive graphics—which come pre-applied to promotional counters, we offer flexible printed posters made from heavyweight, opaque display film. Flexible poster-style graphics are durable, printed on premium display film with a scratch resistant, textured finish.

They are easy to swap and supplied with Velcro) allowing quick attachment and removal. This makes them perfect for customers who need to update messaging frequently.

Flexible graphics that attach with velcro don't look as seamless as pre-applied vinyl but if you are launching a new product, promoting seasonal offers, or attending multiple events, this flexible solution gives you the freedom to adapt your branding with ease.
