Stadur Easyprint is a high-density foam-centred board that is PVC-free. Suitable for use indoors or outdoors, it is far more rigid than Foamex PVC and conventional foam-centred board which makes it ideally suited for the production of free-standing display panels. Stadur Easyprint high-density foam board can be fabricated by scoring, V-Cutting and folding to create many types of bespoke displays for events, point of sale and general advertising.

	An Eco-Friendly Option Stadur Easyprint is PVC-free and is the ideal alternative product to traditional foamex board material. Stadur board can be used for the production of exhibition panels and graphics, in-store point-of-sale displays or temporary outdoor signage. Our digital UV printing process uses no solvents (VOCs) and enables us to produce any quantity of high-quality printed display panels in almost any size and shape.



What's Stadur Foam Centred Board? Stadur Easyprint Board is a rigid sheet material made from two sheets of polypropylene with a centre comprised of polystyrene. Stadur board is far tougher than conventional paper-faced foam board which is typically very soft and prone to damage. The foam-centred sandwich construction of this material means that the sheet is extremely lightweight and stiff when compared to solid PVC sheet materials such as foamex. Stadur Easyprint board is specifically designed for printing and finishing. It can be printed onto one or both sides and it can also be bent and folded without snapping. Stadur board is moisture and water-resistant and it can be used indoors or outdoors as temporary signage.

	Stadur Board Thicknesses Stadur board is available in 10mm and 19mm thicknesses. A 10mm thick board is ideal for general wall panels and exhibition graphics of almost any size. 19mm thick board is better suited for free-standing panels that need to be as rigid as possible. Quality Printing Guaranteed Our UV digital printing process provides 1080dpi output resolution that provides photo-realistic results. We can print from the most common artwork formats and with any number of colours. Stadur sheets are available at sizes of up to 1200mm x 2400mm and we offer printing in standard or custom sizes. UV inks are waterproof and highly resistant to fading so Stadur display boards can be used permanently indoors or even outdoors as temporary signage.

	Stadur Board Contour Cutting Foam-centred Stadur board can be cut with square corners or radius corners for no additional cost. Radius corners help minimise accidental damage to the corners of the panel when handling and transporting the sheets. Using our digital cutting machines with a high-speed occilating knife tool, we can contour cut panels to almost any shape. Things like cut-out standees or lifesize product representations can all be produced easily. Printed stadur boards can be V-Cut which involves removing a 'V' shaped channel from the reverse of the printed panel that allows the material to bend neatly. Optional Laminated Finishes For Foam Centred Boards

Although Stadur board is durable and hard-wearing, we can apply a choice of laminated films to the surface of the material that can offer a special finish. Adding lamination to the surface of the printed display board can provide greater protection against accidental scratches and marks and is worth considering if your panels are being transported regularly or used in high-traffic settings where there is an increased risk of accidental damage.

Matt and gloss lamination are available as well as a textured, crystal finish that offers the greatest possible scratch resistance.

A specific 'dry-wipe' gloss lamination is also possible that is designed for use with markerboard pens. This finish allows you to write onto the surface of your panel and wipe away the markerboard pen afterwards without leaving residue or ghosting.

Delivery of printed panels We can deliver panels up to around 1M x 1.5M in size via regular overnight courier services. Larger panels or awkward-sized panels may be too large or fragile to deliver in this way. If you require larger panels, please contact us prior to placing your order and we can verify that we can deliver within our standard charges. If it is not possible, we can provide a quotation based on a dedicated vehicle to the delivery address. You may also collect your order in person or via your own courier.
