The Zoom+ Event Arch is a large, lightweight and portable printed event arch
designed for sports events, charity runs, race start and finish lines,
festivals, promotions, school events and branded entrances.

Lightweight Six-Part Fibreglass Pole System
The Zoom+ Event Arch uses a lightweight six-part GRP fibreglass pole system.
The sectional poles push-fit together and are connected internally with
elasticated bungee cord, helping make assembly quick while keeping the
individual sections together during setup, dismantling and transport.
To assemble the event arch, the connected pole sections are fed through
the black pole pocket sewn around the outside edge of the printed fabric.
Plastic collars are then positioned towards each end of the pole and
tightened into place.
D-rings fitted to the lower ends of the printed graphic attach to the
collars using the supplied bungee cords, helping tension the fabric
into its distinctive curved arch shape.
Strong, Flexible Design
The flexible glass fibre poles allow the Zoom+ Event Arch to bend naturally
into its curved shape while remaining lightweight and easy to handle.
Unlike heavier inflatable arches or rigid metal-framed structures, there
is no blower, compressor or substantial framework to transport. This makes
the Zoom+ particularly convenient for temporary events where equipment
needs to be carried, assembled and packed away quickly.
The combined pole system and printed graphic weigh approximately 3kg,
excluding support bases, and the complete arch can usually be assembled
in around 5 minutes once you are familiar with the product.

The Zoom+ Event Arch is a large-format printed event arch measuring
approximately 3 metres high from ground level to the top of the structure,
with an overall width of approximately 4 metres.
Because the fibreglass poles are flexible, there is some potential to
slightly adjust the overall shape. Bringing the sides closer together
can make the arch taller, while positioning the support bases further
apart can increase the width and reduce the height.
When set up as designed, the generous opening provides plenty of room
for participants, visitors or groups of people to comfortably pass
underneath the archway.

Choice of Support Bases
The Zoom+ Event Arch can be supplied with different support base options
depending on the surface and location where it will be used. The arch can
also be ordered without support bases if required.
2 x Spike Bases – For Soft Ground
Spike bases are designed for use on suitable grass and soft ground.
They are a convenient option for sports fields, parks, outdoor races,
festivals and similar event locations where ground spikes can be used.
2 x Water/Sand-Fillable Bases – For Hard Ground
For concrete, paving, tarmac and other hard surfaces where spikes
cannot be used, choose the hollow weighted bases. These can be filled
on site with either water or sand to provide ballast, with sand
offering additional weight where greater stability is required.
Combination Base Kit – Spike & Water/Sand Bases
If you plan to use your event arch at different venues, the combination
kit includes two spike bases and two water/sand-fillable weighted bases.
This gives you the flexibility to use spikes on suitable soft ground or
switch to weighted bases for hard-standing locations.
Quality Event Arch Printing
The custom event arch graphic is printed onto lightweight 115gsm flag
polyester fabric using dye-sublimation printing for vibrant, durable
colour suitable for repeated event use.
The artwork is printed onto one face of the fabric. Because the polyester
is lightweight and semi-translucent, the printed image shows through to
the reverse side with approximately 90% visibility.
The open construction of the flag fabric also allows air to pass through
the material more easily than a solid PVC graphic, helping reduce wind
resistance during outdoor use.
A black polyester pole pocket is sewn around the outside curved edge of
the graphic to accommodate the fibreglass pole system. The lower curved
edges of the printed fabric are cut to shape.
Is the Zoom+ Event Arch Double Sided?
The Zoom+ Event Arch is printed single-sided as standard. Due to the
semi-translucent nature of the 115gsm flag polyester fabric, the printed
image shows through to the reverse side with approximately 90% visibility.
A true double-sided graphic is not recommended for this product. Producing
a completely separate image on each side would normally require additional
printed fabric layers and a blockout liner, significantly increasing the
weight of the graphic.
Because the Zoom+ Event Arch relies on a lightweight, flexible pole system,
this additional weight could affect the intended shape of the structure and
potentially cause the arch to sag.
Compact Carry Bag Included
The sectional pole system, fittings and printed fabric graphic pack
away into the supplied compact zip-up nylon carry bag.
The combined weight of the pole system and printed graphic is approximately
3kg, excluding support bases, making the main arch particularly easy to
carry between events and store when not in use.
Spike support bases and water/sand-fillable weighted bases add additional
weight and are supplied separately from the main carry bag.
Designed as an Outdoor Event Arch
The Zoom+ Event Arch is suitable for temporary outdoor event use when
correctly assembled and secured using the appropriate support bases for
the surface.
When correctly secured, the arch is suitable for use in wind speeds of up
to approximately 19km/h (12mph). Outdoor conditions can change quickly,
however, so the structure should always be supervised while in use.
As with all temporary outdoor display products, the event arch should not
be used in high winds or adverse weather. If conditions deteriorate or the
structure becomes unstable, it should be dismantled immediately.
Replacement Graphics Available
If you already own a Zoom+ Event Arch, replacement printed graphics can
be ordered separately. This allows the same lightweight pole system to be
reused for different events, sponsors, campaigns or seasonal promotions.
