Our 55 inch freestanding digital posters are available for flexible hire for exhibitions, conferences, corporate events, retail promotions, product launches, reception areas and other temporary digital signage applications.
Each unit combines a Full HD 55 inch portrait display with a built-in Android media player, providing a professional standalone digital signage solution without the need to purchase a screen or use a separate playback device.
Images and videos can be transferred onto the screen using a USB flash drive and set to play automatically in a continuous loop. Alternatively, you can connect your own laptop, compact PC or media player using the available AV inputs.
Standard hire is based on a one-week period, with longer-term digital display hire available by quotation. We have a limited number of screens available, so please contact us before ordering if your exhibition or event dates are fixed.

Built-In Android Media Player
The freestanding digital poster includes an Android-based media player built directly into the screen. Compatible image and video files can be transferred from a USB flash drive onto the display's internal storage.
Once transferred, your content can be set to play automatically in a continuous loop. This makes the screen ideal for promotional videos, digital posters, welcome messages, event information, advertising, product presentations and wayfinding content.
For many exhibitions and events, the built-in media player means there is no need to leave a laptop or separate media player connected to the screen throughout the hire period.
55 Inch Full HD Digital Display
The display features a 55 inch Full HD commercial-grade IPS panel with a 1080p resolution and wide viewing angle, making it well suited to public-facing environments such as exhibition halls, conference venues, retail spaces, shopping centres and reception areas.
A brightness rating of 450 cd/m² helps images, graphics and video appear clear and vibrant in brightly lit indoor environments.
The freestanding enclosure features a tempered glass front, rounded corners, steel construction, slim profile and aluminium surround for a clean and professional appearance.
Connect Your Own Laptop Or Media Player
If you would prefer to operate the digital poster from your own equipment, the screen can also accept an external video source.
A locking compartment at the rear of the display provides space for a compact PC, microcomputer or media player. Connections include HDMI, VGA and 3.5mm audio inputs.
When connecting an external device, remember that the display is positioned in portrait orientation, so your presentation, artwork or video should be prepared to suit a vertical screen.
Preparing Content For Your Digital Poster
For best results, image and video content should be prepared at 1080 pixels wide x 1920 pixels high in portrait orientation.
The screen can display many common image and video formats. Individual images and videos can be loaded onto the screen and played automatically in sequence, with transition effects available between different pieces of content.
If you require greater control over the play order, duration and transition of individual files, playlist editor software can be used to prepare a custom playlist. Another straightforward option is to create a single video containing all of your required content and set that video to repeat continuously.
Send Us Your Content Before Your Event
If you would like your digital poster to arrive ready to use, you can send your final image or video files to us in advance by email, file transfer or download link.
We can transfer your content onto the screen, check that it plays correctly and prepare the display before collection or delivery. Where you would like us to pre-load your files, we normally require the final content at least 3 working days before collection or delivery.
Help With Digital Display Content
Our team can provide advice on preparing files for the display and help you choose the simplest way to run your content.
If you do not already have suitable screen graphics or video content, our studio can also create professional digital artwork or simple display content for you at an additional cost.
Wheeled Flight Case For Transport
Each freestanding digital poster is supplied in a bespoke wheeled flight case with heavy-duty castors to help protect the screen during transport and storage.
Screens can be collected from our premises at ST15 0SR, or we can arrange delivery and subsequent collection to and from many UK destinations by quotation.
Please be aware that the display is particularly large and heavy when packed. If you are arranging your own transport, a suitable van and at least two people are normally required for safe loading, unloading and handling.

Vehicle And Venue Access
Please check the flight case dimensions carefully before arranging your own collection. The vehicle being used must have sufficient space for the case and there should be enough people available to load and unload it safely.
If the digital poster is being delivered directly to an exhibition hall, conference centre, hotel, shopping centre or other venue, please check access before booking. Stairs, narrow corridors, small lifts, escalators, tight corners, loading restrictions and limited parking can all affect delivery and collection.
If we are arranging transport for you, please tell us about any access restrictions when requesting your quotation so that we can plan the delivery correctly.
How Much Does Digital Poster Hire Cost?
Our 55 inch freestanding digital poster is available to hire from £399 + VAT for a standard one-week hire period.
Collection can be arranged on a weekday from Monday to Friday, with the display returned by close of business at 5pm on the same weekday of the following week.
If you require a digital display for a longer period, please contact us and we can prepare a personalised hire quotation for the dates you require.
We have a limited number of digital posters available for hire, so we strongly recommend checking availability before ordering if your exhibition or event dates are fixed.
Delivery and collection are available at an additional cost. Please provide the delivery address, collection address, required dates and details of any venue access restrictions so that we can provide an accurate quotation.
